Hi people, I've just stubled across this forum after much searching the net to try and resolve my problem. I hope someone here may be able to help me.
I'm due to move house in a couple of weeks to an area that has no 3g coverage (S3 7AY for the coverage checker ) and as such, my mobile broadband will become somewhat pointless.
I called up Orange today to see if they would cancel since I won't be able to connect (I've been and tried it in the new house and it flutters between no connection and dial up speeds) but to no avail. They stated that since I had signed the contract I was stuck in it for the duration and they accepted no responsibility for providing a service as I was the one moving.
I really need to try and get out of this contract and find Orange's lack of understanding to peoples cases infuriating! Has anyone got any advice as to how I can get out of this?
