I have had enough - after another fruitless conversation with India and the obligatory 25 min wait for a connection to technical - I have surrendered the last vestiage of loyalty as a +10 year old customer.I was getting 3.5/4.5 Mbs ( 500 yds from exchange) I have now had a month of 0.7 Mbs.4 emails and 5 phonecalls to technical later,dismantled LAN reconnected LAN full BT socket test with Livebox they are still disputing cause ( yes the socket test was also 0.7).
Basically realise they are subdividing the limited capacity they own at local exhange to acomodate new customers - the fools the fools they know not what thet do!
