My Orange mobile broadband software messes up my work email settings. - we use microsoft exchnage. I used DrTCP sofwatre to reset everything after each time I used the mobile broadband, which was tedious, but at least worked, but now work have rolled me out a new laptop with XP SP3, and outlook 2007, and DrTCP no longer fixes it. To add insult to injury, orange technical support..... as as good as they are usually... so no help at all. They don't understand what the problem is, and I can not get to speak to anyone who could help. And even though the postcode checker tells me I have excellent 3G+ coverage in my area I can get virtually no mobile signal in my house, which means I cannot access emails from home! Great, huh? I pay for Orange broadband AND mobile broadband, work from home, and have to leave home to get work emails.
If anyone out there is technically minded, and has come across this, your help would be greatly appreciated.
