The idea of a forum is that issues are added to the forum for all to see the questions and answers.

Yeah i have 1 for you.
My BT line states it's able to 3.5 mb max download cause i have a attentuation of 59.5,yes i have a livebox,but my friend 3 doors down is on talktalk and he is getting 3.3-3.4 download speeds and i can only get 2.4 - 2.5 max we both are on llu networks and Orange just say's to me that the way it is.I have had BT out testing the line and renewed the net5 socket and still the same.
Either Orange's networking gear is out dated or the techies on talktalk know better.
My speed has dropped form 5.5mbps to 1.7mbps to 0.8mbps.
when i first started with Orange they were ok then i had problems which i managed to fix now a week ago my speed dropped from 5.5mbps to 1.7 then just 2 days ago it went to 0.8 and its been like that ever sinse. im with home starter unlimited broadband with up to 20mb speed and im paying £7 a month. if this was the free oackage i wouldent care but im paying for this internet now and i expect it to good and consistent. So far its just getting worse.
So right now any help what so ever is good enough now aslong as i can get my speed back.
Yes i have phoned up Orange with very little luck saying they just have an engineer look at my line.......
i think your wasteing your time with this cause posted my ages ago and still no reply i think he's no engineer or then again has no idea how to fix the problems
