My DISABLED cousin was sent the Orange Dongle last Friday 4/12/2009 and has not managd to get it to work. He has spent a lot of time on the phone to various Orange Helpline people to no avail. He is an Orange Moby Customer already but can't keep phoning for assistance - the costs are prohibitive. I spent 72 minutes and 10 mins. ( his will be about £4 + )on calls tonight Thurs. 11/12/09 around 1730pm - and this was just WAITING. I never did get through. Those numbers were 0844 412 2202 (72mins - waiting time) and 0844 873 8586 ( 10+mins - waiting time). Irrespective of there being a lot of people needing assistance these times are very frustrating - eventually I had to give up - wasting money! - Never will know if Orange would have had the decency to ring my cousin - to help him out. Don't know when this Dongle/ package has to be sent back. Does Orange care? If they do I can provide all the data and info and contact tele. numbers if they can get a message to me - like a direct dial number that we can get straight through to without a long wait.
