I use a number of different freeserve.co.uk e-mail addresses for different members of my family, each one only differing before the @ in the address. E-mails are redirected from our local village e-mail accounts to our freeserve/orange inbox and each then downloaded on to individual PCs using Outlook and/or Windows Mail.
Recently some e-mails stopped downloading into Outlook/Windows Mail. The common link between those not downloading is the the header line "Envelope-To" is followed by our village e-mail addresses rather than our freeserve addresses.
POP3 counters don't recognise the latter either. I can only download these e-mails by removing john@ from the log in. Does anyone know how the envelope-to line in the header?
Hi SIMONBAUM, I work for Orange and might be able to help.
Please send an email to customer.services@orange.co.uk, including your personal contact details and username from this site, and I will give you a call to discuss.
In order that your email is forwarded to me quickly, please add "Darren Orange Response" in the subject field and also in the first line of your mail.
