hi all, recently i was looking for a phone online, any how i found a deal that said it was £10 a month so i ordered it. then 5 minutes later they sent all the bumff through via email about the contract and the phone would be here next day.Anyhow what i didnt realise was the it wasnt £10 month atall but £25 a month and you got to send letters off for redemtion to claim money back at the end of each month.Ok i didnt want this so i phoned the shop up and cancelled the order and they said just send the phone back within 7 days to which i did.Bare in mind nothing got opened nor used, it went back how exactly how i had it, didnt even open the packaging.
now this morning ive been billed for the phone from Orange from the 17th september to 7th october??? for there line rental???? what the hell?
the bill is for £11.76....how do i have to pay this? or more to the point, do i have to pay it?
any help please before i phone them is much appreciated...jas
