Daughter had problems with an Orange connection for 2 days. I gave her some ideas but no luck, so she called Orange.
They have certainly improved because she uses a Router Billion BIPAC 5200G. The woman noted it was not an Orange one but then went on to give exact instructions on how to access the control panel. She also said that there was no fault on the line.
My daughter still could not connect so I went and had a look. The fault was a damaged adsl cable/filter. Once replaced all was well.
I am impressed that this woman new all about this router.
