Just come back from holiday and found someone has unplugged the extra handset from the livebox.
Plugged it back in, the phone light glows green but the handset doesn't seem to be connected, not getting a dialling tone.
Tried ringing the number and it rings on the phone dialling in plus the green light flickers on the livebox as the number is being rung but the handset fails to operate. Tried a second handset and the same thing. Both handsets work on the main line. Handsets are BT Freestyle cordless and BT Studio 1100 cordless, both of which previously worked on the livebox.
