I have stayed with freeserve > wanadoo > orange in the past but am now seriously considering changing to another URL
With the Plus everything worked ok including my second line, but now with this co called Max my second line has been disconnected and after long waiting frequent calls still no joy. To cap it all they are charging an extra 10 pounds for this new package
They still happily take the full Broadband MAX monthly payment for what seems a lesser package
They do not answer my emails which I have had to resort to to save "not getting anywhere" phone bill
