3-4 Meg downloads until yesterday.
Was barely getting 0.3 Meg.
Have switched the livebox off over night as read about resynching.
Download speed went down to less than 0.1 Meg.
Used the "email" support on the Orange website- no response.
Have changed the filter for a spare, slight improvement to 0.7 Meg.
So, 'phoned support (at 5p/min), techy guy said he would test the line, ended up in a queue, then at complaints! Line got cut off before he had taken my telephone number. 25+ minutes of my life and money wasted.
I know customer support monitor this forum, I have emailed you but no one has called me back.
Please call me back. BT claim they give me faster downloads.
