Me fsnet.co.uk email address stopped working and it has been over 24 hours now. Usually if it is a temporary server problem it works itself out by now but it doesn't seem to be. I've also not had this particular error code before (see below). This is happening when I try to retrieve emails in Outlook. Howver for some very bizarre reason I can still SEND emails in Outlook from the account, I sent a test message to another email address from the account and it came through!
Nor can I log in via Orange.co.uk nor can I log in via mail2web.com.
I have also tried changing the server name in outlook (pop.orangemail.co.uk) but that doesn't work, I've actually never been able to access this email from another pop server.
Can someone please help, is the wanadoo server actually down or is this something else?
Task 'pop.wanadoo'co.uk' receiving reported error (0x80040900): the server name you entered cannot be found on the network (it might be down temporarily). Please verify you are online and that the server name is correct.
