I am having the following problems with my @aliwal.freeserve.co.uk email a/c.
1/ I can sign into, download and read emails from the Orange webmail system, however when I've read an email and wish to go back to my Inbox I regularly get a standard error message informing me that my message has not been sent, though I was not trying to send one, and that the service may be temporarily unavailable etc., etc.. The above also happens when I delete a number of spam emails and try and return to my inbox.
2/ I've tried to access my emails via Windows Mail and my old Outlook Express, however the username and password do not seem to be recognised. I've updated POP3 and SMTP to show orangehome.co.uk
3/ Googlemail last managed to access by email a/c on the 12th October and did not manage to collect all messages.
4/ I've tried accessing my messages via mail2web.com but cannot sign in using my Orange email address and password.
5/ On 6th September, Googlemail informed me that I had an overlarge message that they had left on the system. About the same time I have lots of emails of supposedly zero size with a bad mail heading in my Orange inbox. I've tried to isolate the offending message without success as I when try to delete it I get the standard error message referred to in 1 above.
I hoping that somebody can help. Naturally, I've informed Orange.
