I am still waiting for my line to be regraded to 2MB. Just checked Samknows and it says:
"There appears to a compatibility issue with your phone line. This could be caused by an existing DSL connection, ISDN, a DACS unit, TPON, a pending ADSL order or many other common issues. This will need to be resolved before ADSL can be supplied to your line"
I currently have a 512K connection with Orange but have been waiting 3 months for them to upgrade me to 2MB. After numerous conversations customer services are now telling me it will be going through maybe today. Is this what the quote on samknows might mean?

Samknows can't tell you anything about what speed you currently have or upgrades in progress. That message simply shows you already have ADSL broadband on the line.
Important part, did it say the line can support 2meg ADSL, not ADSL Max?

It does indeed say "You can receive 2Mbps ADSL", Thanks
