I am in the middle of a Dolphin contract with Orange and have been suffering with poor coverage/signal for ages. I have contacted Orange and been informed by the Technical and Products Depts that I have poor coverage and will only receive intermitant signals???
I have requested that due to this can they cancel my contract and I get turned down flat as I do receive intermitant signals??? Can anyone advise me or help?

Since you're not getting the full 'whack', it would seem appropriate for Orange to reduce your charges. Either that, or they should cancel.
Spoke to Orange, I am on the lowest tariff already and so they will not reduce any further.
What did they say after you told them you're not receiving the quality of service you should be (receiving) ? - don't tell me they said 'tough' (or a word to that effect) ?

I was basically told that as I am receiving an intermitant signal and am using my minutes and some texts that they will not consider cancelling the contract.
I gave them my Ofcom reference number etc and all I was offered a reduction of £5 per month for the inconvienence. To me thats admitting guilt as they reduced my contract!
