I haven't used my fsmail.net webmail since June but I am now unable to logon as my email address is not recognised.
I have tried via the Orange website and mail2web.com (mentioned in an earlier poasting) to no avail.
I have sent emails to the address which have not been bounced back.
I tried speaking to customer services but I struggled to get the agent to understand the problem as she kept trying to get me to reset my password.
If anyone could point me in the right direction it would be much appreciated

Please send an email to customer.services@orange.co.uk, including your personal contact details and username from this site, and I will give you a call to discuss.
In order that your email is forwarded to me quickly, please add "Darren Orange Response" in the subject field and also in the first line of your mail.
