I found on Friday I could no longer receive emails on my old fsnet.co.uk email address using Outlook Express. I kept getting the box to input my username and password and getting error messages including Password being rejected and Invalid login/password pair. I tried using webmail from Orange site but that didn't work either.
I thought it might be due to not dialling up for a while so followed the procedure on the Orange site for a suspended account. Still no emails.
Decided to ring Orange and got an Indian call centre. The guy went through various things none of which worked. He finally said he would escalate the problem but it would take five days to get sorted.
Just wondered if this has happened to anyone else recently and what are the chances it will work in five days.
