I have been with Orange for about two years and i always pay for the biggest package but i have never seen a download move faster than 150kb/sec.
Having compared my speed results with the rest of the world on speedtest.net i see the avarge for the uk is 5.07mb/s and mine is 0.35mb/s
I cant beleive this! what the funk is Orange doing with my money, clearly not using it to provide me with what i pay for!
Im sure theres a bunch of tests i can do and equipment i can buy but thats oranges job not mine.
You wouldnt help a chef cook your food would you.
I have tried communicating with them but the people i talk to are always the stereotypical 'have you tried turning it on and off again' types.
Is there a reliable internet provider that will deliver?
