My biggest issue are ISP's that have their call centres in places where the support staff may be technically qualified but they don't speak English well enough.
Bulldog used to be great and I nearly went with them but then they got taken over by Cable and Wireless and are now all empty promises and untruths. Don't use them you will live to regret it. AOL are too big. BT don't care because they have more business than they know what to do with. Tiscali questions can be answered by going to the tiscali sucks site. But the above company is OK so far after 12 months I am more than satisfied.
