What speed connection is best for xbox live to be lag free i know ive got a 7mb connection from Orange and i also know that when i download content on me pc i hit that speed every time.
When playing Cod5 i get 3 bars this drops to 2 as well.
If i can download 893 mb in 12 mins surely i can play a game online and opening a can of whoopass with no lag?
Anyone got any ideas on how to reset a xbox? can u actually do it? this is what ive got to try to make the connection work!!!

ive just read a post from Pedds1 he says that his connection speed goes up and down im downloading from newsgroups using http://www.giganews.com/ as my provider and newsleecher as the client currently im downloading at a speed of 750kbps give or take 10 either way the download speed never changes (touch wood) though im expecting a letter to say ive downloaded too much
if i use BT's speed trace i only get a 4mbps connection which is slower than what i already have
