I don't know why Outlook on Web mail isn't deleting them as I read them from the PC client - any ideas?
Your authentication settings to log into the pop server can caus this. If you use your username as firstname@lastname.orange.co.uk to log in, mail addressed to somethingelse@astname.orange.co.uk is valid and will hit your account but never be downloaded. If you log in via the username lastname.orange.co.uk it should download everything with the possible exception of what Orange identifies as Spam. There are various setting in webmail on how Orange servers treats mail it identifies as spam.
There is also usually a setting in your client, 'leave a copy of message on server' or something like that, which you should leave unchecked.

I checked & my Outlook client is looging in as firstname@surname.wanadoo.co.uk, but it still isn't collecting all the mail from my inbox - it seems to leave behind stuff which it considers as SPAM but is real mail to me (companies & some friends), is there a way of getting it all as my McAffee SPAM filter on my PC should sort out what's what?
