Surprised not to see anything on this in the fora. I'm in central Scotland and Broadband has been down since Wednesday. The Status Page has a message from Wednesday saying there are widespread problems and they are working on it.
Customer Services status message yesterday said they did not know about any problems but queuing for an operator the message says there are lots of problems so don't bother.
I emailed Customer Support and they replied saying that there were no problems with Broadband anywhere. I pointed out that their own status page says different. I await a response.
