My Outlook (2007 - MS Vista) was working with a third party email server provider on Fri night but I could not send as of Sat morning. Orange have changed some settings without informing me and after battling all weekend and most of today trying various fixes I found this in their online helpdesk
It did fix, but very frustrated that I had no problems for a couple of months since setting up my own domain and associated email address only for Orange to put my new business out of action without informing me
My domain hosting provider http://www.uk-cheapest.co.uk has a very simple solution to the port 25 redirection. They have an alternative port available for use of those whose ISPs redirect port25. You may find your provider also has alternatives available for their own mailhost.
