Are there any legal types out there who can offer some observations on the possibility of commencing a Class Action against Orange. Basis of claim might be the fraudulent obtaining of monies for services not provided

To establish a case for fraud you would have to prove that Orange deliberately set out to contract with us for a service they did not intend to supply. I have little doubt that Orange do wish us to have a service but are unable to provide this in many cases because of a number of factors. Many of the reasons may well be down to poor management control and inadequate systems employed but this in itself is not fraud.
Certain Customer Service personnel being rather uneconomical with the truth may well bring in disciplinary procedures internally and a case for damages but it is unlikely you will find or prove any conspiracy.
They simply do not run their business well and more to the point totally undervalue the customer.
