When I dial 120 from the WT line, it says I have used the Three chances, then disconnects.
I tried to change the PIN though my account, which is seems to accept but the phone gives the same message. I have tried several time to phone Orange, but who ever I get though to tells me I am through to the wrong dept, after waiting a minimum of 20 mins in a queue. They say redial and try another option, they usually give a couple of menu numbers but these are again wrong dept.
At 4p/min, with all this waiting in a queue, it gonna cost me more than my old ISP and and phone bill put together.
Oh and I am getting billed for all my calls to Orange mobiles, despite being on Max and registering my Orange mobile.
As is the general trend with most companies nowadays, I will have to send a letter, which seems to be the only way to get through, especially if it includes a personal invoice for my costs
Both technical and customer support should be able to do this for you, although they may not have actually done it before. It's one of those things they do but is rarely ever asked for.
