Right the situation is I have had the Livebox for a year or so now and it was working perfectly. However I got a virus on my computer and was advised to totally wipe the hard drive and start afresh, which I did. I now have the system back up and workin but it wont let me connect the Livebox. Whenever I set it up plugging the ethernet cable in and phone line and power lead the @ light will flash every second or so and the antenna light is solid. I have tried resetting the livebox, which had no effect. I am able to get on the internet with an old dial up modem so I know that the internet connection is good so must be the Livebox connection to the PC. Any help will be much appreciated.

A similar thing happened to me. Sometimes the only light on the LiveBox would be the 'power' light; on other ocassions, all of them would come on then the Box would turn itself off completely.
At one time, only the power and red light came on; I couldn't even re-set the Box at all (via a paperclip).
In the end, Orange sent me a replacement Box which worked. It seems there might be a problem with your Box; ring Orange and expect them to go through a script.
