Recently I had a nearby lightning strike. I went through the usual process - half an hour to call centre - replacement phone adapter didn't resolve broken 2nd line - another half an hour on phone -technical support will ring back - they didn't.
Anyway I wanted to know what was going on with another issue so I emailed Jonathan at Orange Response and got the following response:-

Thank you for your email regarding web access to your email account and your
second line.
Unfortunately we are still awaiting an update from Technical Support,
regarding your web mail access. As soon as I have any further information, I
will contact you as soon as possible.
I have arranged a replacement Livebox to be sent to you as I understand the
adapter was only previously replaced. You should receive this within the next
3 working days. If this does not resolve the issue please let me know and I
will then arrange a call from our Technical Escalation Team to investigate
further.
