I can't wait for next month then my 18 month contract is up and I can find an ISP who gives a dam. Having been with the same ISP since they were Freeserve [ quite a few years] I foolishly signed up to the Orange wirless and talk package in 18 months I have had to have two replacment live boxes with all the hassle that involves and finally my download speed has dropped from 7.5 Mb/s to 0.09 Mb/s. after several calls to Orange support and been told first they know there is a problem, then the support team will call at a set time in the afternoon [ nobody works during the day according to Orange] after waiting in all afternoon no call came, and I still have crap down/upload speedsand I'm into the third week. Take my advice and find an ISP who knows what a customer is and needs.
Hi there,sorry to here that you havin this problem cause i did aswell,but now they have sorted it.
Firstly what you need to do is complain like hell at them like i did,ask to speek to a tecki guy who is english,and say i am paying for a 8mg internet and you are not giving me it if you don't sort it out i will notifie OFCOM and the newspapers.
After i said that i gave them what my livebox stats where before the problem and bobs your uncle it was sorts with in 48 hrs
