Are there currently any plans to expand this website to also cover customers having problems with the mobile phone side of things?
Currently if you attempt to call them you are very lucky if anybody bothers to answer!!! I have not had a call answered in less than 20 minutes for over a month, 2 weeks ago I waited one & half hours for them to answer and tonight I have so far waited over 2 and half hours............still waiting on the phone. It is also racking up my home phone bill as I am being charged 18pence per minute, as i am unable to make calls from my mobile as its not working - hence I am phoning them!!! So far this particular call has cost nearly £30.
I must be one of thousands of people suffering from this horrific service??
Nice one admin. I have had a sh*t loads of problems with my network coverage since I moved to 3G 2 months ago and Ive been on Orange for the last 8 years and its been fine.
