whether Orange monitor this site/forum or not i still bet they don't give a damn how happy/ umhsappy their customers are.happy or not. if they did they would have a monitored customer services email address and they would have technical su[pport that could speak and understand english. everyone i know who has Orange curses their technical supportwho might as well only speak or understand martian. and i'm supposed to get 7mps and i'm lucky if i get 4so i'm thinking of changing isp
They don't care. They are an evil corporation ran by the spawn of Satan himself.
I pay for 8mb, but only receive 0.5mb. There's nothing wrong with my line or livebox.
I've simply stopped paying the bills in hopes they'll take me to court, so I can then get it in the papers and make a public circus out of it.
They're already threatened to take me to court, so step one complete.
They're falling right into my trap.

The mistreated public vs an evil corporation in breach of the Sales of Goods act. They're taking me to court for non-payment. But.. I've read their TOS and my contact. And according to the law, I don't have to pay for a service I'm not receiving .. they don't have a clause for this.
I plan to slaughter them in civil court.
I'm also writing to the European High Court, who tend to be very strict against evil corporations who oppress and bully their customers like Orange do.
Here's my plan.
A) Keep failing to pay.
B) Keep writing back everytime they threaten to take me to court. When I write back I'll keep telling them to put their balls where their mouth is and just do it.
C) In court argue that I have nothing to pay for, because they have NOT provided me a service. It's like a greengrocer demanding you to pay for a cabbage that you never bought.
D) Make sure the trial is a public circus. Newspapers, have all my friends and local activists outside with pickets and megaphones.
E) If I win, hopefully I'll then march to the European High Court and have Orange forced to either provide the service people pay for, or stop charging people for a service they aren't providing.
Plan F is a backup plan. A safety net.
F) If I lose the civil court case. I'll publically commit s-u-i-c-i-d-e outside the court, pour petrol on myself and set myself alight, slit my wrists upwards (never across, won't work), try and see if I can order cyanide online. Any of these will be fine. And leave a note for the police and the press stating I did it because justice wasn't done, and I don't want to live in a world where evil corporations are above the law and can charge people for services they fail, nay, REFUSE, to provide.
Either way, I'll win. Because either way, they won't get their money and they'll be exposed as the evil corporation they are.
