Well its been around 2 and a half months now without the internet working so somewhere round the beginning of june. since this time i have made numerous phone calls to Orange, been passed from option to option. passed to BT back to Orange who told me to phone BT again, BT told me there was a service that Orange had to ask to be removed Orange phoned BT who said they didnt have permission to ask and cudnt remove it
upon a further BT test THERE WAS NO SERVICE on the line therefore the 2 hours on the phone was wasted.
since this time i have looked further into it and SURPRISE SURPRISE my 1mb connection has been upgraded to 3.5mb via.... the LL(F**KING)U.
after numerous calls i eventually got back to the same person who had me reset my livebox for an hour several weeks earlier in the first call we did the reset and it worked for 10 minutes i decided i wud giv up and wait until after the holiday after getting this guy (who actually was rather helpful) i had to redo what i had done 2 days previsouly as the livebox had gone crazy with its security key for the second time. once done i asked for a line test. if anyone has had one done they are supposed to ask questions first the guy saif this is not required as in the first second of the test it had detected a fault ...
upon hanging up this would be sent through please phone back in 2 hours.
phoned back in 2 hours there is a fault but our servers are down updates in 2 hours will giv the results.
ok now im sat on the phone in another bloody queue, waiting for the bloody results
there ABSOLUTE S**T
on top of all this im now trapped the contract for my phone that i got to go to uni with entitles us to free broadband and with the amount of minutes and texts i get £35 didnt seem to bad, but i cant leave now to another ISP well and truly screwed now arent i
well my only fall back is this connect to my dads business broadband problem there lies in the waste of a £35 contract and split 2gb usage which isnt much really between 4 computers

as ive been typing this ive been on the phone to Orange awaiting the results of my line test which they have had 24 hours extra to get ready

we called yesterday and they said that, what the hell is wrong with u,
he proceeded to tell me it was definately a possible fault which is like telling me its cold hot, and that he wudnt know when it was ready and i wud have to call them everytime as they didnt do callbacks upon hearing this the phone was put down
i havent the time or the patience to scream at some textbook muppet down the phone, who is incapapble of wiping his own arse.
i want my 1mb connection back and i want it now, if not i will be forced to terminate my contract as they are not providing a service which i am paying for, which i would consider theft.
we have had Orange since december of 2004 and now BT is looking so tempting
