first post on here and looking for help or d irections.
I have not been able to get the 2nd line on my livebox to work since i signed up back in March, have been around the customers service department 3 times, they are always looking for the same things, can you connect to the internet, can you access e - mail etc.
The livebox works fine on all fronts but the phone light on top of the livebox will not come on and I cannot get a dial tone on the second line, the service is active according to my user profile summary page.
Can anyone help or have they experienced something similar?
