I have rund Orange 4 times to cancel and request MAC codes and on any of those calls i have never been offered any free months or any anything free.
How do you people do it.
I phoned to cancel on 30 July, orange offered to upgrade me to Broadband max for the same as we were currently paying (17.99 per month) so we decided to stay because we would get unlimited free talk (so, i thought we would make a great saving on our BT calls. Well, think again, 3 weeks later, I received the Livebox but still no talk, several calls to support, several nationalities and several £££'s later, still no talk, I phoned to cancel again and told them they have not stuck to their t's & c's, they offered me next month free and when I get my phone bill to send it to them and they will reimburse me ....all this, but.......still no talk and no answers either!

I guess part of it is how long you've been off the air, and how many calls/emails you have logged against your account.
Try complaining to ISPA, they are a bit toothless, but seemed to kick Orange enough to contact me about the s#it service I was enduring

Then again, it didn't make a whole pile of difference, you see, in order to use the 'free' months , you actually have to have a working connection, which Orange are totally incapable of doing.
My advice is cancel anyway, they'll get you back anyway -tried it with me sending a Livebox which comes with a 12 month contract!
I told them not to send it, but they did anyway, so unless they send out someone to collect it, I'll be binning the piece of s#ite.
