Hi, my internet speed has been dropping constantly for the last 3 months, my problem was escalated and I started to talk to the line managers, but since in 14, he thought I was lying about the drops so they would increase the connection speed, also my speed test reults werent showing up on thier server so they thought I was lazy and didn't do them which I did!.... So they marked the problem as resolved, and I'm still stuck with it.
