they told me my line was 2mb and could not go to 8MB even though I told them a check on BTwholesale/adslchecker reported that my line was able to take 8MB and im on a new more local exchange.
So I phoned Orange sales posing as a new customer. Sales told me my line definitely was 8MB available. I rang back to Broadband Customer services to report my findings and only now do they put in a line upgrade.
I am very upset and feel let down that Orange continuously lied to me.
