ive just received a bill off Orange PLC UK for £38.99 even though i now recieve free broadband through my mobile contract. Three lengthy calls later,fobbed off everytime they now tell me that (IF) the supervisor ok's the refund..i MAY get it next month! no apology..just annoyance! ORANGE ARE RIDDLED WITH ADMIN ERRORS & USELESS CALL CENTRE STAFF!
