Hi, I'm trying to get my dad (who's not very technical) back onto the internet. A few months back we had to change his dial-up number when Wanadoo changed to Freeserve. The number were currently using is 0844 0564000 but it just keeps failing with an 'invalid username/password' error. These details haven't been changed since the account was set up. Is this still the dial-up number he should be using?
