Been meaning to do this since we got Orange Broadband; today I got a leaflet through the post (the one with "BFF" on the front) inviting me to sign up for Orange Wednesdays. As I work for a cinema chain and get free tickets anyway, I have no use for it, so my girlfriend tried to register her phone number for it. She followed the instructions to the letter, several times, each time getting a text back saying:
"Sorry we've not been able to register you. Please call Customer Support on".... etc etc etc
Thought you might need to register with the same number you gave Orange when you signed up, so I tried doing it from my own phone and got the same reply. I really am stumped, what are we doing wrong? Really don't feel like explaining it to Customer Support at this hour, any ideas?
