If you transfer your landline service to Tesco, it is likely that they would also take over your calls. If this was done, then you would no longer be eligible for our free Home Starter package. If you wished to continue receiving broadband from us, we would request that you change to our Home Select package which does not include landline calls. If you are receiving Home Starter free of charge, you should be able to purchase Home Select for £10.00 per month.
If Tesco are able to take over your landline without taking over your calls, then we would be happy to continue providing our free Home Starter package.
