<Livebox Issues? ~ my livebox is working but i cannot view webpages

Hi I am at a complete loss with this. my live box worked when i installed it it worked perfectly wireless and connected (for a couple of hours). not thinking that night turned power off to the router and the next day nothing. all the lights are on and i can connect wirlessly through my phone. but when i try and open a web browser on my lap top it cant display the page. i have run a dianostic with windows which says unable to connect with router - call isp, orange say i need a new laptop!!!, i have followed alll the self help guides and nothing has worked HELP!!!

As you spoke to Orange CS they told you to put the livebox into sharing mode.
I'd advise disabling your laptop firewall and trying to connect... If it works when you disable it, you need to allow "192.168.1.1" to your firewall...
