I've been with Orange since the days of Freeserve, Wanadoo and now Orange and have never had any cause for complain in fact when I've needed to the Customer Services they've always been very professional and known what they're talking about. During in the past five years or so I've recommended four of my friends to connect to Freeserve/Wanadoo now Orange and not one of them have had any complaints. Well done Orange keep up the good work

I was the same until March when I was LLUed and went offline for 2 months (and back offline again at the moment). I always would have recommended them- not anymore
You've got to be kidding!!! It now takes 2 to 3 months, if ever, to have a message posted to members' email addresses. Smartgroups has gone "kaput"
I have 6 groups with Smartgroups and none are working. Nobody answers support questions and if they do it's the same answer they gave 3 months ago.
That message was sent in June saying they are "consistently improving". Hah! There has been no improvement and I do believe that Smartgroups has gone the way of the DoDo bird.

So was I till July this year...give it time... then you'll know what misery is... You don't work for Orange PR by any chance?
I must say. I've had NO issues with broadband in the 6 months i've been with them. At the minute "Your current broadband connection has been established for : 43 days 40 minutes"
More than a month with NO hiccups at all.. Pretty good going i'd say.. Nice one Orange
