I am actually pretty satisfied with my Orange broadband service and so would like to continue with it. I signed up for a £5 a month all inclusive 8Mb package with my last Orange mobile upgrade.
Now my mobile contract has expired and I wopuld like to get an Iphone (obviously o2 (now Sky)) but keep the Orange broadband.
Is this an easy or possible thing to do? Can I just cancel my mobile contract and keep paying the broadband. I do get two seperate bills. Would the price for the broadband then go up massively?
Cheers, Liam.
Hi there liamjf, I work for Orange and might be able to help.
Please have a look at the below link. It contains info on our Broadband packages which should help. All I believe we would need to do is to change your package to reflect you are no longer a mobile customer.
I think the price is now his main concern. See Here: http://broadband.<a href="http://postpaymobiles.at/theside?CTY=1&CID=6761" target="o2 (now Sky)">o2 (now Sky)</a>.co.uk/home/
Yes, £20 a month 8Mb broadband with Orange (with no mobile) or £7.50 a month with o2 (now Sky) (with a mobile).#
