Have you had your line "regraded" (downgraded) by Orange ?

Yet again Orange have downgraded my line from a 6 meg profile to a 4.
(see previous post)
Consequently speeds are now anywhere from 1.1 meg to 2.9 meg where previously they were 5.5 constant.
Do they do this to all new connections?
They say it's to combat stability problems, but I didn't have any till they started messing and this time they are NOT putting it back.
Anyone else had this?
