Hi, Had a few problems in the past with connection speed but over the last few weeks it seems to have been pretty good....that was until yesterday!!
Online speed checker showing approx 128kbps download speed whilst BT voyager 2100 router showing line rate at 5664kbps download.
ive updated drivers, reset router, changed filter and plugged directly into main telephone socket.
As the router displays a high speed is it my laptop that is the problem?? I have tried a wired and wireless connection and they are both the same bad speed?
Anyone????

You're on Ipstream with quite a short line to the exchange so why Interleave is on is indicative of a line problem which is why SNRM is high at 18.8dB. Ignore the error count for now because that's a result of interleave.

This is the bit that's the problem and it's like this because there has been a recent line quality problem. But sometimes this gets stuck and needs BT to intervene.
If you have a NTE5 main BT linebox (it has a removable lower half which unscrews) plug the router into the test socket inside then run the BT speedtester again.
