Been with Orange/Wanandoo/Fresserve for over 10 years now.I have an unlimimted B/Band contract for up to 8MB.Usually get around 4-6MB>Last few weeks only getting 512K & connection keeps dropping every few minutes now.I refuse to phone customer services to pay a preimum rate to be told what i already know.Any ideas??.I'm out of contract so am seriously considering changing isp.Just had to repost this as lost connection AGAIN Sad

Take my advice and leave Orange, they are better providers out there that won't lie to you about what the problem is.
