For some reason this week i have been unable to recieve wanadoo emails either through outlook or online keeps asking for password via outlook
and when i try through Orange site says my account is unavailable???

error code 0x800CCC90 can occur when the account has been suspended, which can happen if its an old broadband email address, where the broadband account has closed and the account has reverted to Pay As You Go.
If you don't connect to a Dial-up Pay As You Go account at least once every 219 days, the account will suspend or delete. If this happens, you'll be unable to log into Webmail, or be prompted to enter your username and password in an email program
