Had to reinstall operating system 2 weeks ago, now i cannot download emails through outlook express. This is a freeserve address, never had any problems before with freeserve or wanadoo, plenty with Orange though. Have checked and re set account settings, spent an hour on the phone with Orange support who basically kept doing the same. Have reinstalled outlook, deleted any large emails through Orange webmail and cannot think of anything else to do, any help would be much appreciated, tried using freeserve and wanadoo instead of orangehome. Heres the error message:-

If it is a pay as you go account, you could try logging into member centre and restore/install the settings from there. This will install the Orange branding though.
In response to everyone below. Okay i have over the past week deleted the account on a number of occasions and started from scratch but to no avail. I can log into my mail online no problem, my password etc is fine through the Orange site. It appears that i can even send emails from Outlook express, but cannot receive anything. This is a broadband pay monthly account.
I will try the server suggested below.

Just logged in and after two weeks of trying everything at this end....solution found, threaten to change ISP...hey presto problem fixed within an hour of speaking to Orange...again.
Have no idea what the actual cause at their end was but all appears to be fine now.
Glad you are up and running with your emails again. It may be worthwhile using Windows Livemail instead of outlook/outlook express if you have an further problems in the future. I use this myself as I've never liked OE.

Hi, i had the same problem i sorted it out,your problem is you have cookie problems,the cookies folder in documents and settings is missing,to solve the problem is just run xp cd in repair mode this recreates the missing cookies folder
