I have livebox 8mb at home last tuesday i've lost connection, it's been 1 weak and still i havnt got internet, i did several call to Orange cs they always say wait wait and wait. Wtf is that until what im gonna wait. i started to think changing my isp really they pi**ed me off.
Could any1 say me what can i do about this except calling cs cos they dont help at all?

Judging by the way you phrase your words on here i can guess why they say wait.
When it comes to getting things fixed within any area it is always best to keep calm and know what to say rather than shouting thinking you'll get helped.
Remember that most CSR's don't work for the company directly and if they are an out-source contract shouting and balling at them will just make them infuriate you more. Remember they are there to help, not to keep you wrapped in a silk blanket. Annoy someone who develops no rapport with you and it is like shouting at a road.
I am guessing if they have told you to wait then there must have been a line test submitted. Tell us the status of the lights on your livebox, which livebox you have, where it is situated in the house, has anything changed recently, let us know these answers and i'm sure someone will help.
