When my husband sends his mother an email to her freeserve.co.uk account, she receives it. When I send one from my computer using the same email account, I get a rejection message from freeserve saying "User Unknown".
As far as I am aware, the only differences I am aware of are the name set up on Outlook that shows as the sender - mine has my name, my husband's has his name, although both are from the same email address. The other difference is that my computer uses Vista and Outlook 2007, whilst his uses XP and Outlook 2003.
Does Orange have some sort of Daughter-in-law filter?
