Anyone managed it? I have a MAC and a windows pc, both connected to the net via the livebox. But I want to use it create a network so I can share resources. The problem seems to be with the PC end - it just will not recognise the network I've created on the MAC.
I tried it the other way round too - creating the network on the pc - but it just won't do it - it says to use the software provided ..... help?
Helo - sorry might not have made it clear - the problem is not with getting the pc/mac to speak to each other, its getting the PC to even set up a network in the first place - it won't even create a network for the MAC to find.
I can get the MAC to create a network but the pc wont even search for it it says Windows cannot use the Network adapater and to use the software that came with the box.
Ignore the part about it being a MAC/pc - Its the PC part that isn't working- the problem would be the same if I had two PC's.
